The Getty Museum

The Getty

I'm starting to realize that my pictures need to be more cohesive. It seems rather sporadic and very random. LOL! Nonetheless, these pictures were taken all in the same day during my short trip to the Getty museum. I've only been there twice and I ought to spend the whole day there because there's so much more to see. I played with the colors and contrast once again just to give a different perspective of the pictures.

First Portrait Session

So I finally updated after an eternity. I've been very busy with school and other activities. Less than 30 days left before the end of High School. The good news, I got in to my first choice University of San Francisco! Hell yes!

Anyway, here's a very old amateur portrait session I did a few months ago because I was helping my friend's sister for an audition. She got it by the way, Congrats! There are more pictures I'm just too lazy to upload them. Nonetheless, I think the pictures turned out better than what I had expected.

PS: I have few more sets of pictures coming up soon from the Getty, Sacramento and Downtown.

Reaganomics

The Reagan Museum at Simi Valley is not one of the best places to go, especially if you're a Democrat and a minority. I felt so left out and take note, the only Asian in the entire crowd. Nonetheless, the view from the hill is amazing and Reagan's affinity for Gourmet Jellybeans makes up for the Republican vibe.

Random conversation we heard while waiting for our food in the Reagan Museum's cafe
Republican Woman: Hmmm I don't know what to get Tuna Melt or Cheeseburger...
Republican Woman: I think I'll just get the Tuna Melt.... DAMN! That's the Democrat in me.

What is that supposed to mean? Democrats like Tuna Melt or what?

Enjoy the pictures, I played around with the color balance and contrast.

FIN.

Fern Dell

Fern Dell at Griffith Park is by far one of the best hidden secrets in Los Angeles. It's only a few minutes away from the bustling streets of Hollywood and Los Feliz. I would've taken more pictures but sadly I went to the park at a later time which resulted in bad lighting.

Thanks.

Sloth

I made this blog during an unproductive Sunday...

I've decided to put my Nikon D40 into use and take snapshots of my experiences.
